- The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Hong Kong e-ticket is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase, must be redeemed on or before the expiry date, and cannot be extended.
- One-day advanced reservation required for Spa reservation, invalid after expiration. All purchase are non-refundable.
- All Spa reservation are subject to availability, please email The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Hong Kong at spareception.hk@ritzcarlton.com; or call +852 2263 2040, Monday to Sunday between 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. for treatment reservation.
- Your appointment will be shortened if you arrive late at The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Hong Kong, your reservation will be cancelled if you are more than 30 minutes late.
- Kindly advise The Ritz Carlton Spa, Hong Kong of any special health condition, pregnancy, allergies or injuries, which could affect your service when making your Spa reservation.
