- Under all circumstances, items purchased cannot be exchanged for cash, non-transferable and non-refundable; cannot be used for promotional activities without the written consent of The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong.
- Items on Gift Shop are available for local in-store pick up at The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Hong Kong on 116/F of the hotel; delivery service is available at check-out, additional delivery fee apply.
- Kowloon: HK$250 per address for a maximum of 4 sets;
- Hong Kong Island: HK$350 per address for a maximum of 4 sets;
- New Territories and Southern Hong Kong Island: HK$450 per address for a maximum of 4 sets.
- We only deliver within the Hong Kong SAR (excluding Discovery Bay, Park Island, Outlying Islands and remote areas).
- QR code must be presented for redemption and will not be replaced in case of loss; validity cannot be extended.
- Each QR code can only be redeemed once, and must be redeemed and used on the selected date and time at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. Invalid after expiration.
- Photos and images are for reference only and may differ from the actual product.
