- The Cake Collection items are available for redemption and pick up at Cafe 103, located on 103/F of the Hotel, on the chosen date between 12 noon to 6 pm.
- QR code must be presented for redemption and will not be replaced in case of loss; validity cannot be extended.
- Each QR code can only be redeemed once, and must be redeemed and used on the selected date and time at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. Invalid after expiration.
- A chocolate plaque request on mini cake (per piece) order will be available at a supplement of HKD$30. The payment will be collected upon pick-up.
- Customized greetings is limited to 8 Chinese characters or 40 English characters, including punctuation and spacing. Emoji is not accepted.
- Additional Delivery Service Fee (a surcharge of $150 applies to appointed delivery time on top of the current delivery fee):
- Kowloon: HK$250 per address;
- Hong Kong Island: HK$350 per address;
- New Territories and Southern Hong Kong Island: HK$450 per address.
- Delivery service not applicable to outlying islands and overseas.
