- Requires 1 day (24 hours) advanced purchase before the requested pick-up/delivery date. All purchased are nonrefundable.
- Items are available for redemption and pick up at the hotel arrival lobby on level 9, between 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- QR code must be presented for redemption and will not be replaced in case of loss; validity cannot be extended.
- Each QR code can only be redeemed once, and must be redeemed and used on the selected date and time at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. Invalid after expiration.
- Our team will contact you directly for delivery arrangement and collect additional delivery fee if applicable.
- Delivery Service fee apply (per set per address, a surcharge fee applies to appointed delivery time).
- Delivery service not applicable to outlying islands and overseas.
