- The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Hong Kong e-voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase, must be redeemed on or before the expiry date, and cannot be extended. 2 days advanced reservations required, invalid after expiration.
- Membership is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.
- Membership card must be presented on each visit.
- All discounts not applicable for e-voucher sales.
