- All eShop promotion e-ticket are for one-time use only. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the e-ticket.
- All e-gift cash voucher valid for one year (365 days) from the date of purchase thereon and cannot be extended. Invalid after expiration.

- Delivery Service Fee (a surcharge fee applies to appointed delivery time on top of the current delivery fee): Kowloon: HK$250 per address per item; Hong Kong Island: HK$350 per address per item; New Territories and Southern Hong Kong Island: HK$450 per address per item. - Spa treatment non-peak days are Mondays to Thursdays. Peak days are Friday to Sunday and Public Holiday.

- Please be advised that we observe a smart casual dress code at Tosca di Angelo and Tin Lung Heen. No beach sandals, open toe shoes, sleeveless shirts and shorts for all gentlemen.
