- E-tickets are available for Wine Experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, invalid after expiration. All purchased are nonrefundable.
- Wine Experiences must be reserved at least 48 hours in advanced.
- The minimum number of guests is TWO (2) and up to eight (8) per experience.

- The e-voucher is valid for three months (90 days) from the date of purchase, must be redeemed on or before the expiry date, and cannot be extended.
- A 10% service charge inclusive with the original price upon payment.
- QR code must be presented for redemption and will not be replaced in case of loss; validity cannot be extended.
- Each QR code can only be redeemed once, and must be redeemed and used on the selected date and time at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong. Invalid after expiration.
