- The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Hong Kong e-voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase, must be redeemed on or before the expiry date. Please email The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Hong Kong at spareception.hk@ritzcarlton.com; or call +852 2263 2040, Monday to Sunday between 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. for e-voucher activation within one month of purchase.

- Spinning Class Voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.
- All discounts not applicable for e-voucher sales.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers.
- Hotel operating hours include restaurants and Spa & Fitness, and swimming pool are subject to change without prior notice.

- Cancellation or no shows within 12 hours will incur a 100% charge.
- Arrive time 30-minutes before class starting time to get ready and set an intention for the class. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
- All guests are required to sign waiver form prior to class.

- If shoe size is not stated, we will separately email you to reconfirm in advance.
- Arrangements under Inclement Weather Conditions: Due to the classes being in an outdoor setting, classes may be cancelled or rescheduled based on weather.
- Hotel will inform guests at least 4-hours prior to class start time for any cancellation. We will assist guests to reschedule class without any charge.
- The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong Hotel policies apply, in case of disputes, the decision of The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong shall be final.
